液体IR在全钢子午线轮胎胎面基部胶中的应用

摘要:试验研究液体IR(LIR50)在全钢子午线轮胎胎面基部胶中的应用。结果表明,在全钢子午线轮胎胎面基部胶中使用LIR50,胶料的工艺性能明显改善,加工安全性好;硫化胶的回弹值增大,IRHD硬度和定伸应力减小,耐疲劳性能、耐热氧老化性能和动态性能明显提高;LIR50可以等量替代酚醛类增粘树脂用于提高粘合强度,且不影响其它性能。

Abstract:The application of liquid IR (LIR50) in tread base of BTR tire was experimentally investigated.The results showed that when LIR50 was used in the tread base,the processibility and scorch safety of compound improved significantly;the resilience of vulcanizate increased,IRHD hardness and modulus decreased,and the fatigue property,thermal oxidative property and dynamic properties improved remarkably;and LIR50 could be used instead of phenolic resin by equal weight to improve adhesion without any adverse effect on other properties.

改性锦纶66帘布在轻载子午线轮胎中的应用

摘要:试验研究改性锦纶66帘布在轻载子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明,采用1400dtex/3 F94TE改性锦纶66帘布替代2200dtex/2100聚酯帘布用作6.50R16 10PR轻载子午线轮胎胎体骨架材料,成品轮胎的耐久性能、强度性能和高速性能均有所提高,胎圈脱空现象明显减少,同时可降低生产成本。

CEC在光面抗切割工程机械轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘要:研究卡博特弹性体复合材料(CEC——NR炭黑母炼胶)在光面抗切割工程机械轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,胎面胶采用CEC并调整一段混炼工艺制得的成品轮胎胎面抗切割性能和抗裂口掉块性能改善,使用寿命显著延长,性能价格比提高。

Application of CEC in cutresistant smooth tread of OTR tire

Abstract:The application of an elastomer composite (CEC——NR/carbon black masterbatch) from Cabot Co. in the cutresistant smooth tread of OTR tire was investigated.The results showed that the cutresistance and chippingchuncking resistance of finished tire improved,the service time of tire extended significantly and the performance/price ratio increased by using CEC in the tread compound and modifying the first stage mixing procedure.

内脱模剂AT-16在轮胎胎侧胶中的应用

摘要:试验研究内脱模剂AT16在轮胎胎侧胶中的应用效果。结果表明,在胎侧胶中加入内脱模剂AT16,对NR/BR胶料的硫化特性和硫化胶的物理性能无不良影响,可明显减少成品轮胎胎侧缺胶问题,改善产品的外观质量,提高产品的一次合格率。

Application of releasing agent AT16 in tire sidewall

Abstract:The application of the releasing agent AT16 in the tire sidewall was experimentally investigated.The results showed that the lack integrity on sidewall of finished tire decreased significantly,the appearance quality improved and the acceptance rate increased without any adverse effects on the curing behaviour of NR/BR compound and the physical properties of its vulcanizate by adding releasing agent AT16 to sidewall compound.
