白炭黑/炭黑并用对SIBR胎面胶性能的影响

摘要:采用动态力学谱(DMTA)等方法研究白炭黑/炭黑并用体系对SIBR胎面胶滚动阻力、抗湿滑性和耐磨性的影响。结果表明,随着并用体系中白炭黑用量增大,滚动阻力下降,抗湿滑性能提高,耐磨性能基本不变;采用高分散白炭黑和硅烷偶联剂填料体系的胶料实现了滚动阻力、抗湿滑性和耐磨性三者较高水平的平衡。

Influence of silica/carbon black systems on properties of SIBR tread

Abstract:The influence of the silica/carbon black systems on the rolling resistance,wet traction and wear resistance of SIBR tread was investigated.The results showed that the rolling resistance decreased,the wet traction improved,and the wear resistance changed little as the silica proportion in the silica/carbon black systems increased;and a SIBR tread with higher level balance of rolling resistance,wet traction and wear resistance was obtained by using high dispersive silica and silane coupling agent.

加工助剂ZD4在全钢载重子午线轮胎三角胶中的应用

摘要:研究加工助剂ZD4在全钢载重子午线轮胎三角胶中的应用。结果表明,加工助剂ZD4能够显著提高胶料中炭黑的分散性,改善胶料的挤出性能,提高硫化胶抗硫化返原能力,减少三角胶半成品喷霜现象的发生,但对硫化胶耐热老化性能和耐疲劳性能稍有不利影响;使用加工助剂ZD4的成品轮胎耐久性能和高速性能提高。

Application of processing aid ZD4 in bead filler of BTR tire

Abstract:The application of the processing aid ZD4 in the bead filler of BTR tire was investigated.The results showed that the dispersity of carbon black in rubber compound improved significantly,the extrudability of compound,and the antireversion of vulcanizate also improved,and the blooming of semiproduct decreased by adding ZD4,but the heat aging property and fatigue resistance of vulcanizate deterioated somewhat;and the endurance and speed performance of finished tire with ZD4 improved.

0.365+6×0.35HT Betru钢丝帘线在载重
子午线轮胎带束层中的应用

摘要:研究0.365+6×0.35HT Betru钢丝帘线在载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明,以0.365+6×0.35HT Betru钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线应用于10.00R20 16PR轮胎带束层中,成品轮胎的强度性能不变,耐久性能和高速性能提高,同时可减小轮胎质量,降低制造成本。

Abstract:The application of 0.365+6×0.35HT Betru steel cord in the belt of BTR tire was investigated.The results showed that the strength of finished tire was unchanged,the endurance and speed performance improved,and the tire weight and production cost reduced by using 0.365+6×0.35HT Betru steel cord instead of 3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord in the belt of 10.00R20 16PR tire.
