白炭黑对SIBR胶料性能的影响

摘要：研究白炭黑等量替代炭黑对集成橡胶（SIBR）胶料性能的影响。结果表明，白炭黑部分和完全替代炭黑，SIBR硫化胶的耐磨性能改善，0 ℃时的tanδ值增大，60 ℃时的tanδ值减小。用20～30份白炭黑等量替代炭黑，可获得加工性能、综合物理性能、耐磨性能、抗湿滑性能好和滚动阻力小的SIBR胎面胶。

Effect of silica on properties of SIBR compound

Abstract:The effect of the silica on the properties of SIBR compound by substituting for the same level of carbon black was investigated.The results showed that the abrasion resistance of SIBR vulcanizate improved by substituting the silica for the partial or whole carbon black,and at the same time,tanδ at 0 ℃ increased and tanδ at 60 ℃ decreased.A SIBR tread with better processibility,physical properties,abrasion resistance and wet traction as well as lower rolling resistance was obtained by using 20~30 phr silica instead of the same level of carbon black.

500dtex锦纶6浸胶鬃丝网眼布在无内胎轮胎中的应用

摘要：研究500dtex锦纶6浸胶鬃丝网眼布在无内胎轮胎中的应用。结果表明，以500dtex锦纶6浸胶鬃丝网眼布替代胎圈密封胶和胎圈包布应用于18.4-26 12PR块状R4花纹无内胎农业轮胎、18.00-25 32PR通用块状花纹无内胎工程机械轮胎和ST205/75D15 6PR混合花纹无内胎挂车轮胎，在确保轮胎气密性的前提下，可显著改善胎圈外观质量，同时可提高劳动效率，降低生产成本。

Application of dipped 500dtex nylon 6 bristlelike monofilament
net fabric in tubeless tire

Abstract:The application of the dipped 500dtex nylon 6 bristlelike monofilament net fabric in the tubeless tire was investigated.The results showed that the dipped 500dtex nylon 6 bristlelike monofilament net fabric could be used instead of the bead flippers and chafers in 18.4-26 12PR tubeless agricultural tire with R4 block tread patterns,18.00-25 32PR tubeless OTR tire with general block tread patterns and ST205/75D15 6PR tubeless trailer tire to ensure the air tightness of tire,significantly improve the appearance,increase the productivity and decrease the production cost.

应用均匀剂40MSF提高IIR硫化胶囊使用寿命

摘要：研究均匀剂40MSF在IIR硫化胶囊中的应用。结果表明，在IIR硫化胶囊中应用4份均匀剂40MSF替代2份操作油，混炼胶的门尼粘度下降，硫化胶的撕裂强度和拉断伸长率提高；实际生产中硫化胶模内流动性好，硫化胶囊外观质量改善，使用寿命提高约30%。
