粉状填充剂对橡胶复合材料拉断伸长率的影响

摘要:以不同粒径的氢氧化镁、轻质碳酸钙和炭黑 N110填充SBR、EPDM、NBR和硅橡胶,探讨粉状填充剂(简称粉体)对其填充橡胶复合材料拉断伸长率的影响。结果表明,粉体的表面活性、粒径、分散性、用量以及基体橡胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率等因素对橡胶复合材料拉断伸长率的影响存在着竞争关系。粉体的粒径和基体橡胶的交联密度影响橡胶复合材料拉断伸长率随粉体用量增大而提高的幅度。 粉体对基体橡胶表现出较强的补强作用时,使橡胶复合材料的拉断伸长率出现峰值的粉体用量较小。与传统观点不同,试验得出大多数情况下填充粉体有利于橡胶复合材料拉断伸长率提高的结论。

Effects of powdered fillers on elongation at break of rubber composites

Abstract:The effects of the powdered fillers on the elongation at break of the rubber composites were investigated using SBR,EPDM,NBR and silicone rubber compounds filled with different levels of magnesium hydroxide,which had different particle sizes,light calcium carbonate and black N110 respectively.The results showed that there was a competitive relationship among the effects of the surface activity,particle size,dispersity and addition level of powdered fillers,as well as the tensile strength and elongation at break of rubber matrix on the elongation at break of rubber composites.The increase of the elongation at break of rubber composites with the addition level of powdered fillers was influenced by the particle size of powdered fillers and the crosslinking density of rubber matrix.If the powdered fillers gave the rubber matrix the stronger reinforcing effect,the addition level of powdered fillers with which the peak elongation at break of rubber composites occured was lower.In contrast with the traditional viewpoint,it was concluded from the test that the powdered fillers were beneficial to increase the elongation at break of rubber composites.

PS/EPDM反应性共混物的研究

摘要:在熔融状态下,利用FriedelCrafts烷基化反应原位生成聚苯乙烯(PS)/EPDM共混物,考察路易斯酸品种、用量、混炼温度和混炼时间等对共混物性能的影响。结果表明,选择三氯化铝作为PS和EPDM大分子间形成接枝共聚物EPDMgPS的催化剂时效果较好;EPDMgPS的生成使PS/EPDM共混物的熔体质量流动速率和PS相的玻璃化温度下降,增大了PS和EPDM两相的界面结合力,从而提高了共混物的性能;当PS/EPDM共混比为60/40、三氯化铝用量为3份、混炼温度为140 ℃、混炼时间为5 min时,共混物综合性能较好。

Study on reactive PS/EPDM blend

Abstract:A polystyrene(PS)/EPDM blend formed in situ by FriedelCrafts alkylation in melt state was developed.The effects of the type and addition level of Lewis acid and the temperature and time of mixing on the properties of blend were investigated.The results showed that a better EPDMgPS was obtained by using aluminum trichloride as catalyst;the formation of EPDMgPS copolymer made the melt mass flow rate of PS/EPDM blend and the glass transition temperature of PS phase decrease,the bonding force on the interface between PS and EPDM increase,and thus the properties of blend improve;and a PS/EPDM blend with better comprehensive properties was obtained when PS(60)/EPDM(40),3 phr aluminum trichloride,140 ℃ mixing temperature and 5 min mixing time were used.

聚合转化率对高反式丁二烯异戊二烯共聚橡胶微观结构及性能的影响

摘要:研究在10 L聚合釜中由TiCl4/MgCl2负载型催化剂催化合成高反式丁二烯异戊二烯共聚橡胶时,聚合转化率对共聚物的组成、结构和性能的影响。结果表明,丁二烯/异戊二烯的初始摩尔比为02时,随着聚合转化率的升高,聚合物中丁二烯单元的平均组成下降;不同聚合转化率下共聚物丁二烯单元中反式1,4结构摩尔分数均大于098,异戊二烯单元中反式1,4结构摩尔分数均大于0.97,聚合转化率对共聚物的微观结构没有明显影响。聚合转化率提高使共聚物生胶拉伸强度提高,拉断伸长率和硬度变化不大;聚合转化率为60%的硫化胶具有良好的综合性能。

Effect of conversion rate on microstructure and properties of 
high transbutadieneisoprene copolymer rubber

Abstract:The effect of the conversion rate on the composition,microstructure and properties of high transbutadieneisoprene copolymer rubber,which was synthesized in a 10 L autoclave using TiCl4/MgCl2 as supported catalyst,was investigated.It was found that when the initial mole ratio of butadiene/isoprene was 0.2,the average mole fraction of butadiene unit in copolymer decreased as the conversion rate increased;the conversion rate had little effect on the microstructure of copolymer,and the mole fraction of the trans1,4structure in butadiene unit was always greater than 0.98 and that in isoprene unit was always greater than 0.97 at different conversion rates;the greater conversion rate gave the improved tensile strength of raw copolymer,but similar elongation at break and hardness;and a vulcanizate with excellent comprehensive properties was obtained when the copolymer was synthesized at 60% conversion rate.

马来酸酐接枝橡胶离聚体改性PVC的研究

摘要:试验研究以马来酸酐(MA)接枝BR部分替代NBR,通过离子交联提高BR/NBR/PVC共混物的相容性。正交试验结果表明,当接枝单体(MA)、交联剂(氧化锌)和引发剂(过氧化二异丙苯)用量分别为15,4和01份时,共混物的拉伸性能较好;红外光谱分析证明,MA已成功地接枝在BR大分子链上。
