子午线轮胎稳态滚动有限元分析

摘要:以MSC.Marc软件为平台,建立子午线轮胎的三维非线性稳态滚动有限元模型。在模型计算中,考虑了轮胎的静态载荷施加过程、自由滚动过程、完全刹车滑动过程、防抱死刹车过程和牵引过程,得到了轮胎接地面的接触应力分布情况及轮胎牵引力与转速之间的关系等结果,有利于进一步了解轮胎的动态性能。

Finite element analysis for steadystate rolling of radial tire

Abstract:A 3D nonlinear FE model for the steadystate rolling of radial tire was established by using MSC.Marc software as platform.In the calculation of model,the following processes,such as static load applying process,free rolling process,full brake coasting process,antiblock braking process and tracktive process,were taken into account to obtain the stress distribution on the groundcontact area of tire and the relationship between traction force and rotational speed of tire,which were beneficial to learn the dynamic performance of tire.

SBR/OMMT纳米复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘要:以聚苯乙烯(PS)低聚物为相容剂,用熔体插层法制备SBR/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料,并对其结构及性能进行研究。结果表明,PS大分子能够插入OMMT层间形成复合物;采用熔体插层法使PS/OMMT纳米复合物在SBR基体中实现纳米级分散,可间接实现OMMT在SBR基体中的纳米级分散;当填充5份OMMT时,SBR/OMMT纳米复合材料具有较好的物理性能。

Preparation and properties of SBR/OMMT nanocomposite

Abstract:A SBR/OMMT nanocomposite was prepared by using polystyrene lowpolymer(PS) as compatibilizer through melting intercalation method,and its structure and properties were investigated.The results showed that the PS macromolecule could be intercalated into OMMT layers to form a composite;the PS/OMMT composite could be dispersed in SBR matrix on nanolevel to indirectly realize the dispersion of OMMT in SBR matrix on nanolevel;and a SBR/OMMT nanocomposite with better physical properties was obtained by using 5 phr OMMT.

氨水改性高岭土/NR复合材料微观结构的研究

摘要:采用透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能量色散谱仪和动态粘弹谱仪分析氨水改性高岭土/NR复合材料的微观结构。结果表明,与采用凝聚法简单共混制备的高岭土/NR复合材料(CKNR)相比,采用凝聚共沉法制备的氨水改性高岭土/NR复合材料(NKNR)中高岭土粒子分布更均匀,平均粒径较小;NKNR的拉伸断面布满了直径约为50 nm的拉丝,这些拉丝是高岭土/NR界面附近的NR与高岭土表面凝胶的分子水平复合物;NKNR中的NR具有多种聚集态,包括NR基体、远程NR与高岭土表面凝胶复合物以及高岭土/NR界面附近的NR与高岭土表面凝胶复合物。

Microstructure of modified kaolinite/NR composite

Abstract:The microstructure of ammoniamodified kaolinite/NR composite(NKNR) was investigated by TEM,SEM,EDS and dynamic viscoelastometer.The results showed that compared to kaolinite/NR composite(CKNR) prepared by condensational blend method,NKNR prepared by condensational coprecipitation method possessed more even distribution of kaolinite particles and smaller particle size;the filaments with 50 nm,which were the molecularlevel composite of NR and gel on the kaolinite surface near kaolinite/NR interface,distributed on the whole tensile crosssection of NKNR;and NR in NKNR was in various aggregate forms,including the NR matrix,the telecomposite of NR and gel on kaolinite surface and the composite of NR and gel on kaolinite surface near kaolinite/NR interface.

用硫化返原率曲线表征胶料的抗硫化返原性能

摘要:提出用硫化返原率曲线表征胶料的抗硫化返原性能的观点。硫化返原率曲线可以清晰地反映胶料的硫化返原过程和准确表征其抗硫化返原性能,可以作为抗硫化返原剂或胶料的特征曲线;不同抗硫化返原剂的作用机理决定了它们的抗硫化返原效果及其应用场合。

Characterizing antireversion of rubber compound with reversion percentage curve

Abstract:A new method for characterizing the antireversion of rubber compound with the reversion percentage curve has been proposed.The antireversion course of rubber compound can be clearly reflected and its antireversion behaviour can be correctly characterized by the reversion percentage curve,which can be used as the characteristic curve of antireversion agent or rubber compound.The antireversion effectiveness and suitable application of various antireversion agents depend on their mechanism.
