单体接枝改性炭黑填充NR复合材料的研究

摘要:采用单体接枝改性法制备炭黑填充型NR复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,在NR胶乳与炭黑的混合体系中加入适当的单体M(BA,MMA或GMA)和引发剂,使单体M与NR大分子发生接枝反应的同时,与炭黑表面的活性基团发生反应,制备NR/M/炭黑复合材料;该复合材料的物理性能和耐热氧老化性能优异,热稳定性和抗湿滑性良好。

Study on carbon black/NR composites modified by grafting monomers

Abstract:The carbon black/NR composites modified by different grafting monomers were prepared,and their properties were investigated.The results showed that a carbon black/NR composite with excellent physical properties and thermaloxidative aging resistance,and good thermal stability and wet traction was obtained by adding a proper monomer M(BA,MMA or GMA) and an initiator,and making M graft to NR molecule and react with active group on surface of carbon black simutaneously.

PP/EPDM/玻璃微珠复合材料挤出流动性的研究

摘要:采用恒速率型毛细管流变仪,考察463 K下PP/EPDM/玻璃微珠复合材料的挤出流动性。结果表明,复合材料流体的流道壁面剪切应力(τw)与表观剪切速率(a)呈幂律关系(a=700 s-1处为折点);剪切粘度(ηw)随着剪切速率(w)的增大而减小;ηw与温度的关系符合Arrhenius方程;玻璃微珠表面改性和EPDM接枝改性对ηw的影响不大;w一定时,ηw随着玻璃微珠体积分数(g)的增大而增大;表面改性(用硅烷偶联剂)玻璃微珠的复合材料流体的ηw较大,且对g的敏感性较强。

Flow behaviour of PP/EPDM/GB composite during extrusion

Abstract:The flow behaviour of PP/EPDM/glass bead (GB) composite during extrusion at 463 K was investigated with a constant rate capillary rheometer.The results showed that the shear stress of the composite fluid on the running channel wall τw and the apparent shear rate a obeyed the power law (with turn point at a=700 s-1);the shear viscosity ηw decreased as the shear rate w increased;the dependence of ηw on temperature obeyed the Arrhenius equation;the surface modification of GB and the graft modification with EPDM had little effect on ηw;and with a constant w,ηw increased as the volume fraction g of GB increased,at the same time ηw of PP/EPDM/GB modified with silane coupling agent was higher and more sensitive to g.

硫黄/DCP并用硫化体系对NR胶料抗硫化返原性能的影响

摘要:研究硫黄/DCP并用硫化体系对NR胶料抗硫化返原性能、硫化胶物理性能及耐热老化性能的影响,并与相应的平衡硫化体系进行对比。结果表明,在NR硫黄硫化体系中加入1~2份硫化剂DCP,当硫化温度低于160 ℃时,胶料的抗硫化返原性能与相应的平衡硫化体系胶料相当;随着硫化温度的升高,胶料的抗硫化返原性能下降;对硫化胶的综合物理性能无不良影响,可略提高硫化胶的耐热老化性能。
