OMMT/IIR纳米复合材料结构与性能的研究

摘要:采用熔体插层法制备有机蒙脱土(OMMT)/IIR纳米复合材料。试验结果表明,OMMT/IIR纳米复合材料是插层型纳米复合材料;与无机粘土/IIR微米复合材料及IIR相比,OMMT/IIR纳米复合材料具有良好的物理性能,且其物理性能均随OMMT用量的增大而明显提高;与IIR相比,OMMT/IIR纳米复合材料具有优异的气密性。

Structure and properties of OMMT/IIR nanocomposites

Abstract:The organomontmorillonite(OMMT)/IIR nanocomposites were prepared by melt intercalation and their properties were investigated.The results showed that the molecular chains of IIR were intercalated into the nanoOMMT layers in the composites;compared with the pure IIR vulcanizate or inorganic clay/IIR microcomposite,the prepared OMMT/IIR nanocomposites possessed better physical properties,which improved with the increase of OMMT content;and compared with the pure IIR vulcanizate,the prepared OMMT/IIR nanocomposites had more excellent airtightness.

炭黑N330在非硫黄调节型粉末CR中的分散性研究

摘要:研究炭黑填充型非硫黄调节型粉末CR[简称P(CR/N330)]中炭黑N330的分散性。结果表明,使用包覆剂和增大分散剂的用量可有效提高炭黑N330在P(CR/N330)中的分散性,减轻或消除P(CR/N330)的接触污染性;有接触污染性的P(CR/N330)粒子表面和内部存在游离的炭黑团粒,无接触污染性的P(CR/N330)粒子表面和内部均较为光滑,无游离的炭黑团粒存在。

Dispersity of black N330 in nonsulfur modified powdered CR

Abstract:The dispersity of black N330 in nonsulfur modified powdered CR/N330[P(CR/N330)] was investigated.The results showed that the dispersity of black N330 in P(CR/N330) improved significantly by using the encapsulant and increasing the addition level of dispersing agent,thus the contact staining of P(CR/N330) was reduced or eliminated;and the contact staining of P(CR/N330) resulted from the free carbon black crumbs in the P(CR/N330) granules,especially on the surfaces of granules.

SIS-g-AN热降解性能的研究

摘要:采用热重分析法和差示热重分析法研究丙烯腈(AN)接枝热塑性弹性体SIS(SISgAN)的热降解性能。结果得出,SISgAN的平衡起始降解温度、平衡最大降解速率温度和平衡终止降解温度分别为659.17,713.94和740.05 K;热降解反应活化能为195.2 kJ·mol-1;热降解机理是Deceleration中的D3降解机理;不同质量损失率下的热寿命与温度呈线性关系。

Study on thermal degradation of SISgAN

Abstract:The thermal degradation of SISgAN was investigated by thermogravimetry and differential thermogravimetry.The results showed that the equilibrium temperatures of SISgAN at degradation starting,maximum degradation rate and degradation end were 659.17,713.94 and 740.05 K respectively;the activation energy in thermal degradation process was 195.5 kJ·mol-1;the thermal degradation mechanism obeyed D3 in Deceleration;and the thermal lifetimes at various weightloss rates were linear with temperatures.
