凝聚共沉法改性高岭土/NR复合材料的性能研究

摘要:以浓缩NR胶乳为主体材料,改性高岭土为填料,用凝聚共沉法制备改性高岭土/NR复合材料,研究影响复合材料物理性能的因素,并对材料拉伸断裂面的形貌进行扫描电镜分析。结果表明,改性高岭土/NR复合材料具有优良的物理性能,且在拉伸过程中无应力发白现象;在改性剂乳酸钾溶液质量分数为005、高岭土改性温度为80 ℃以及改性高岭土用量为40份的条件下,制得的改性高岭土/NR复合材料物理性能最佳。

Preparation and properties of modified kaolinite/NR composite

Abstract:A modified kaolinite/NR composite was prepared by coacervationcoprecipitation of concentrated NR latex with modified kaolinite and the influence of the preparation conditions on the mechanical properties of vulcanizate was investigated.Moreover,the tensile sectional morphology of vulcanizate was analyzed by SEM.The results showed that the modified kaolinite/NR composite possesed excellent physical properties and the modified kaolinite particles adhered tightly to NR matrix during tensile;and a modified kaolinite/NR composite with the optimal physical properties was obtained when the content of the potassium lactate solution modifier was 0.05,the kaolinite was modified at 80 ℃ and 40 phr modified kaolinite was used in the composite.

NR/有机蒙脱土/GMA纳米复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘要:采用胶乳接枝插层法制备NR/有机蒙脱土/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)纳米复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,在NR胶乳与有机蒙脱土体系中加入GMA,并使之原位聚合,同时实现对NR的接枝和对有机蒙脱土的插层并与有机蒙脱土层间的基团产生化学结合,可以制备NR/有机蒙脱土/GMA纳米复合材料;采用胶乳接枝插层法制备的NR/有机蒙脱土/GMA纳米复合材料的物理性能和耐热氧老化性能优异,动态力学性能良好,热稳定性与NR胶料相差不大。

methacrylate nanocomposites

Abstract:The NR/modified montmorillonite(EMMT) nanocomposites were prepared by grafting and intercalating in latex to glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) monomer,and their properties were investigated.The results showed that the obtained NR/EMMT/GMA nanocomposites possesed excellent physical properties and heatoxidative ageing properties,better dynamic properties and similar thermal stability to that of NR compound.

BP神经网络在胶料性能预测中的应用

摘要:根据BP神经网络原理,以SBR中的几种配料用量为输入变量,对应的胶料拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、撕裂强度和t90为输出变量,建立神经网络分析预报模型。通过选定合适的参数,利用已有的试验结果对模型进行训练。模型的预测结果与试验结果一致。

Application of BP neural network in predicting properties of rubber compound

Abstract:Based on the principle of BP neural network,a neural network model for predicting the properties of SBR compound was established by using the additional levels of several ingredients as the input variables and the corresponding tensile strengthes,elongations at break,tear strengthes and t90 as the output variables.The model was correctly trained by determining appropriate parameters and using existent experimental data.It was found that the predicted results were well in accordance with the experimental data.

菠萝叶短纤维补强NR复合材料的加工性能和动态力学性能

摘要:研究菠萝叶短纤维补强NR复合材料的加工性能和硫化胶的动态力学性能。结果表明,菠萝叶短纤维的加入使复合材料在加工过程中所需的剪切力比NR大,短纤维含量越大,越不容易混炼;菠萝叶短纤维的加入改善了胶料的粘弹性,使其挤出胀大效应减弱;复合材料的模量比NR高得多,且随短纤维加入量的增大而提高。
